How do I change the chat window colors? The user interface (UI) color can be changed by selecting "Options"
from the menu. Once you are in the options menu, make sure to select the "Graphics and Audio" tab to access the User
Interface options. Use the slider bars to adjust the color of the UI windows to the color of your choice. Once
you are done adjusting the UI color, you can return to the game by left clicking "Apply to Changes and Return to Game." To change the chat window colors in City of Heroes by using
slash commands, you can use the in-game slash command /windowcolor. This will require you to also input four integers.
Each integer is a value between 0-255. The first three are for an RGB value, 1st=red, 2nd=green, 3rd=blue. The last integer
is for background opacity of the windows (0=completely transparent, 255=opaque). Example: /windowcolor 255 00 255 will make a red border for

QUESTION: Can I change my global chat handle more than once? ANSWER: When you log into the servers for the first time after global chat has been implemented, by default your current character
name is selected. Much like regular server character names, it was not designed for players to be able to change their names
once their first preferred selection has been made. Therefore, players can only change this already-chosen default name once
per account. After this option is used, the City of The command to change your global chat name is /changehandle <username>. If the handle is already taken, you will be prompted to try again until you successfully enter a handle
that has not been used. Remember to only try the names you really want!
